LOCATION

In Boulder Bay situated on the South side of Big Bear Lake within three minutes of the village and five minutes of two major ski resorts. It is on the West side of Metcalf Bay nestled into a cove created by a peninsula that juts out onto the bay. Its location is prime due to its spectacular view and its sheltered area from the wind. Nearly all other lake front homes virtually “blow-out” during the afternoon winds or have very shallow water making it non-navigable by boat. The unobstructed view of Bertha Peak and Big Bear Lake will make your jaw drop every time you see it. Because it is located on a North facing slope, the winter snow lasts longer around the property than most all other areas. In the winter time, bald eagles live near the area and can be viewed overhead, swooping down onto the lake to catch their meal. In the summertime, you can spot beavers swimming past the property going to or from work.
